February 4, 2020 - 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Roble Theater in Roble Hall

Join us on Tuesday, February 4, from 4:30-5:20 pm at the Roble Theater in Roble Hall for the third installment of this quarter's Hard Earth talks about California Catastrophes: California as a Harbinger of Environmental Change. Attend any of the talks or enroll in the full winter series as a 1-unit course (CEE 126Y | EARTH 126Y). The course meets on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:20 pm and includes the Hard Earth talks and, in the non-talk weeks, a discussion section about the previous week's talk. In these discussions, we will use the events in California as case studies for similar events around the world.Email Hard Earth facilitators and graduate students Brian Reed (brian.reed21@stanford.edu) and Ranjitha Shivaram (ranjshiv@stanford.edu) with questions. Hard Earth is a program of the Roble Living Laboratory for Sustainability at Stanford (ROLLSS).
